Silent check valve is composed of valve body, valve seat, flow guide, valve disc, spring and other parts. The internal flow channel adopts a streamlined design with small pressure loss. The opening and closing stroke of the valve disc is very short. It can be quickly closed when the pump is stopped, preventing huge water hammer sounds and creating a silent effect. This valve is mainly used in water supply, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC systems. It can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent medium backflow and water hammer damage to the pump.
Product Features
1. The internal flow channel of the silent check valve adopts a streamlined design, with small flow resistance and energy saving. It is closed by its own spring force to prevent water hammer.
2. When the pump is stopped, the valve disc has a short closing time with multiple springs and can be closed quickly to avoid water hammer and huge water hammer sound, creating a silent effect.
3. This valve needs to be installed vertically (the axis of the valve body is vertical).
