Product Advantage
The outstanding difference between this product and other flange butterfly valves is that the valve seat is replaceable.
First of all, this replaceable EPDM soft valve seat has greater elasticity and toughness and can provide good sealing.
Secondly, as the name suggests, this type of valve seat is replaceable. As a component that often rubs, the valve seat is a consumable part. If the soft seat is damaged, just simply replace the valve seat. The costs can therefore be reduced.
In addition, the stainless steel CF8 valve disc has strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Therefore, it can be applied to different media, including liquid, gas and steam, etc.

Pneumatic actuators adopt double piston structure, with high precision and effective, and stable output torque.
Body Test: The valve body test use 1.5 times pressure than standard pressure. The test should be done after installation, the valve disc is half close, called body pressure test. The valve seat uses 1.1 times pressure than standard pressure.
